Are you planning to schedule another share issue?

Boryszew Group is not planning to increase its capital in the near future.


DOES BORYSZEW PLAN TO PAY DIVIDENDS?

Boryszew doesn’t plan to pay dividends. The General Shareholder Meeting of Boryszew SA decided to allocate the profits of 2012 to accumulated reserves.


DO YOU PLAN TO BUILD A PLANT IN NORTH AMERICA?

North America’s automotive sales (particularly the U.S.) are growing very dynamically. It is also the only region where the group doesn’t have its own plants. Therefore, it is a natural target for further expansion of Boryszew’s automotive segment.


DOES BORYSZEW GROUP WANT TO EXPAND FURTHER INTO BRIC COUNTRIES?

Further expansion in BRIC countries depends on the demand for goods produced by Boryszew and further activities of the Group's key contractors in BRIC countries.


DOES BORYSZEW PLAN ANY FURTHER ACQUISITIONS?

Boryszew Group has completed the acquisition process and is now focusing on the restructuring of the acquired assets. However, we cannot rule further acquisitions out, particularly in the automotive sector.


IS ŁUCKA 7/9 PLOT IN WARSAW GOING TO BE SOLD OR DO YOU PLAN ANY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS?

No official decision has been taken yet on the Łucka 7/9 plot development. It will depend on the current and forecasted economic climate in the property development sector. Our goal is to increase the Group's value for shareholders.


WILL BORYSZEW CONTINUE SHARE BUYBACKS?

The share buyback is carried out on the basis of a resolution adopted by Boryszew’s General Shareholder Meeting. The resolution set both the buying price and funds allocated for such purchases. As long as the share price will be as that adopted by the resolution, further share buybacks can be expected.
