The corporate group created by Boryszew S.A. became within a few years one of the largest industrial groups in Poland.

In 2005, Boryszew S.A. seized control of Impexmetal S.A., a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, itself a parent of a group of production companies from the sector of non-ferrous metals and bearings trade.

In 2010, Boryszew S.A. seized control of Maflow Group, one of the largest producers of air-conditioning hoses, and power steering and active suspension systems for automotive industry. Since that year, automotive segment has been the key segment of the Group’s operations.

In 2011 and 2012, Boryszew S.A. continued to pursue the Group’s development strategy through acquisitions of automotive companies. In July 2011, the Company acquired two German corporate groups (AKT/ICOS – Theysohn) specializing in plastics processing and in March 2012, it acquired the assets of the German YMOS Group, a leading European manufacturer of plastic, galvanized and chromium-plated components for the automotive sector.

In 2017, the Boryszew Automotive Plastics’ automotive components factory in Prenzlau, Germany, and the Maflow production plant in Torun, Poland, launched their operations.

In 2019 Boryszew S.A. incorporated Alchemia Group. That was the beginning of building strong Steel segment. Huta Bankowa part of Boryszew Group offers products of the highest quality, indispensible inshipbuilding and power industries, including wind powerengineering.
